About Me

Hello, I am Shaikh Mohammed Anas currently studying in Curtin University Dubai doing majors in Business Management. I am passionate about real estate business. From my childhood the real estate industry has always captivated me because of how it can change neighborhoods and people's lives. Seeing my dad also gave me an inspiration and motivation to look forward into this business.. Over the years, I have developed my skills through a variety of experiences such as working in a real estate company in the meanwhile studying business management at a top university. I'm passionate about real estate business management because I want to build thriving communities and assist people in finding their dream houses. My knowledge, abilities, and commitment to this area, it will enable me to have a significant influence on the sector and accomplish my objectives.

Experiences

Property Manager: Supervised the management of tenant relationships, resolving disputes, and guaranteeing prompt rent collection and also to aid in decision-making, financial reports, budgets, and forecasts were prepared.

Real Estate Developer: Carried out feasibility studies to evaluate financial viability, regulatory needs, and market demand. Coordinated with architects, engineers, and contractors to manage project costs and schedules.
